I have proof and reason not to leave my house. YESSSSSSSS!!! I was fine until I left my house today, and literally started sneezing the second I walked outside.
BENADRYL HERE I COME.

Blowing (noses) in the wind
This weather could give you fits

Noses across North Texas are blowing, not to mention sneezing and sniffling, thanks to the dust, pollen and other irritants that were blowing in Tuesday’s winds.
Anyone who was already suffering with inflammation from a respiratory infection or allergy is likely to be sniffling more than ever, said Dr. John Fling, an allergist and acting chairman of pediatrics at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth.
“Mountain cedar is blowing in from the hill country and bringing in a lot more pollen,” he said. “And the smoke is creating havoc for anyone with respiratory problems.”
The pollen count is expected to be in the medium to medium-high range through Friday, according to the Web site pollen.com. Cedar, juniper and elm is to blame.
So what’s an allergy sufferer to do?
Stay indoors if possible.
Make sure the windows at home and in the car are closed to keep contaminants out.
Use medications, such as steroid nasal sprays and antihistamines. The antihistamine Zyrtec is now available over-the-counter and as a generic.

ZYRTEC and I have been really good friends!!! Including staying inside.. hibernating..etc. etc.. I am with ya!!
That is crazy, ya stay inside. How am I like the only one in the family who didn't get allergies?...Although my eyes are constantly watering when I go outside, I just don't sneeze.
Use a netti pot. See if that will help. I've heard they work wonders and make your allergies literally disappear. Get one and let me know if it works.
