The Boys

Couple of things...
Brayden has never been fond of reading until this year. I'm glad I didn't push it and force him to do it. He has now found a new joy in reading which I am thrilled about. A couple of weeks ago he really wanted to order a book from the Scholastic book order which I swear comes home every other week. So, I told him if he got an A on his Texas History Test we could order the book. Never in my wildest dreams did I think bribing him with a book would get the job done. Amazing! Anyways, he got the A, got the book and read and read until he was done. So, last night he came into my room and told me about this series of books he is reading at school. He was talking about how great and entertaining they were. He said, "Mom, they are so good it's like I'm watching T.V.". I couldn't stop laughing I thought it was so funny. He said Im serious, when I stop reading and I start working on the computer, I think Oh no I'm missing T.V and it's really a book. lol.

Braxton is so excited about the babies. He talks about it all the time and wants to be in on everything. The other day he was expressing how anxious he was to have them here. He said I can't wait until they are born so I can bring them in my bed and snuggle with them. SO CUTE!
On the way home from school he told me he had thought of some new names for the babies:
Shark boy and Lava girl
or
Cowboy and Cowgirl.
He is so funny. I said well maybe those can be their nicknames. lol.
Last night he brought me my dinner, sat down on my bed and said, I wish I was pregnant. I just laughed and asked why, he said cause then I could eat my dinner in your bed every night. lol.
