Elmo and Cookie Monster Birthday

About a month before B and B's birthday I started looking at birthday blogs to decide on a theme, if I would've had my way they would have had at least 5 birthday parties. J/K! I finally settled on Elmo and Cookie Monster, Brynn loves Elmo and Bo thinks Cookie Monster is hilarious.
